The problem
A large municipal utility faced revenue leakage, audit exposure and unreliable asset records. More than 10,000 assets needed verification with defensible evidence, photos, coordinates and timestamps, while meeting aggressive daily targets.
The solution
We built a field-to-finance pipeline: smart Survey123 capture, a governed data ingestion backbone with quality rules, and a live operating cadence that routed exceptions to the right team. The result was a single source of truth and a predictable, transparent verification model.
